Beach Yoga w/ Kelsy at La Mer Beachfront Resort
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 7:30-8:30am (starting June 17th)
$15 exchange or $10 for La Mer resort guests
Bring a big towel/blanket to use & maybe water, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen

Weather permitting - front desk will know by 7am

10:30-11am Body Fit - Wear sneakers for this fun 30 min. class combining cardio and strengthening exercises to help with full body toning
11am-12pmYoga (All levels) - A feel-good Yoga class designed to help us stretch and strengthen while providing an opportunity to feel more wholeness and connection with our minds, bodies, and spirit

A fluid combination of stretching and strengthening that focuses on the core of the body
